These sourdough Italian croutons are made from a full loaf of my homemade sourdough bread, cut into cubes, tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then baked until golden and crispy. They’re crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for salads, soups, or snacking by the handful.
