Made with my signature sourdough base and baked fresh, this classic focaccia has a light, airy interior and crisp golden edges, enhanced with olive oil and a simple yet flavorful topping of salt and cracked black pepper. Focaccia is versatile: toast to make a sandwich, cut up to serve with an olive oil dip, or serve alongside your favorite dish.

Why Sourdough?:

A higher hydration dough and slow sourdough fermentation create a soft, airy crumb with deep flavor and a crisp golden crust you can’t achieve with quick-rise breads.
