Made with my signature sourdough base and baked fresh, this artisan loaf is filled with semi-sweet milk chocolate chips that melt into the crumb for pockets of rich chocolate flavor balanced by the natural tang of sourdough. Best served toasted with kerrygold butter and/or honey.
Why Sourdough?:
Long fermentation and a 12+ hour cold proof help naturally break down gluten and phytic acid, which can make sourdough easier to digest for many people while also developing a deeper, more complex flavor and artisan texture.
